Adult Psychiatrist - Hybrid

About Zuora

At Zuora, we help businesses grow smarter and adapt faster. Our platform powers modern business models — from subscriptions and usage-based pricing to AI-driven and outcome-based offerings — helping companies launch new products, automate complex billing, and unlock predictable, recurring revenue.

We’ve led the Subscription Economy for more than a decade. Now we’re evolving again by building the definitive platform for quote to cash and helping companies monetize their products and services with an adaptable, AI-ready foundation.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead the teams building and operating our payments platform. You'll shape technical strategy, strengthen engineering execution, and develop an organization that delivers reliable, scalable payment experiences.

This role requires a leader who combines technical depth with strong organizational leadership: someone who raises the bar for system performance, software quality, and operational discipline while helping teams move faster through effective use of AI tooling. Payment experience is a plus.

In this role, you'll:

- Lead for performance, scale, and resilience. Define the architecture and technical roadmap for a payments platform that supports growing transaction volumes, delivers low latency, and remains reliable through traffic spikes and downstream failures.
- Raise engineering and operational standards. Establish strong practices for system design, code quality, testing, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement. Build consistent approaches to integrating and operating across multiple payment gateways, including failure isolation, safe retries, and recovery.
- Improve engineering productivity with AI. Accelerate the adoption of AI tools across development, testing, code review, and troubleshooting. Measure their impact on delivery speed and quality, and establish practices that preserve security and maintainability.
- Partner across the business. Work closely with Product, Cloud Engineering, Security and gateway partners to deliver the business outcomes.

About You

You bring:

- Experience leading multiple engineering teams and managers, with responsibility for technical strategy, organizational health, and execution.
- A track record of building and operating high-throughput, highly available distributed systems, with demonstrated improvements in performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to engage deeply in architecture, design, and code quality while empowering teams to make decisions.
- Experience establishing engineering and operational excellence across complex systems and third-party integrations, including clear service objectives, effective incident management, and measurable reliability improvements.
- Practical experience improving engineering productivity through AI tooling with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated success recruiting, retaining, and developing engineers and managers, setting ambitious but achievable goals, and addressing performance gaps directly and constructively.
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs and connect engineering decisions to business priorities.

Preferred experience:

- Payments experience spanning gateways, processors, orchestration, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, or payment risk.
- Familiarity with financial transaction correctness, idempotency, payment security, and PCI compliance.

Deep payments expertise is welcome, but not required. We value leaders who have built reliable systems, developed strong teams, and can learn a complex domain quickly.

About the Team

You'll lead multiple engineering teams and managers responsible for the full lifecycle of our payments platform—from system architecture and gateway integration to operational reliability and continuous improvement. The organization combines deep technical expertise with strong execution discipline. Success in this role means building leadership capacity across the team, translating business priorities into measurable engineering outcomes, and establishing clear ownership and accountability for delivery, quality, and reliability. You'll work in close partnership with Product, Cloud Engineering, and Security to ensure the platform meets business needs while maintaining the highest standards for performance, availability, and security.

Distinguished Architect, Enterprise Data & Integration

Fanatics Commerce is the global leader in licensed sports merchandise, operating a vertically integrated platform that designs, manufactures, and delivers officially licensed apparel, jerseys, headwear, and collectibles for major leagues, teams, and events worldwide. With more than 900 e-commerce sites and a global omnichannel presence across digital, in-venue, and retail, Fanatics Commerce reaches fans in over 180 countries and powers official fan experiences for many of the world's most iconic sports properties.

At Fanatics, we bring our BOLD Leadership Principles to life every day—building championship teams, obsessing over fans, acting with limitless entrepreneurial spirit, and delivering with a determined and relentless mindset.

As we continue to scale our global platform, the Distinguished Architect, Enterprise Data & Integration will play a critical role in setting enterprise data and integration architecture direction across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, manufacturing, and fulfillment at Fanatics Commerce.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Fanatics Commerce is hiring a Distinguished Architect to set the direction for enterprise data and integration architecture across the company, reporting to the VP, Architecture, with accountability spanning canonical business entity models, operational integrations connecting transactional systems, and analytical data flows that support how the business is measured and run. Fanatics Commerce operates at significant scale across a systems landscape built through both organic growth and acquisition, and this role partners with engineering, product, and data leaders to shape platform investments advancing that architecture — including the ERP modernization program, the continued evolution of data platforms, and AI-driven enablement across commerce and supply chain. The Distinguished Architect, Enterprise Data & Integration delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Partner with engineering, product, and data leaders to set architectural direction for data and integration platforms, shape major platform transitions, and make the technical and economic case behind vendor and build decisions across Fanatics Commerce.
- Serve as a primary voice for architecture to the engineering organization and a trusted partner to leaders across technology and the business, representing Fanatics architecture externally through speaking, writing, and participation in public forums.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture by bringing sound judgment to application, platform, and security design decisions across the broader technology organization.

People Leadership:

- Mentor senior and principal architects, raising the standard of architectural practice and enabling the engineering organization to build well against established standards and reference patterns.
- Articulate architectural direction clearly across audiences — from executive leadership to rooms full of engineers — ensuring choices are understood, documented, and revisitable over time.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

- Own integration architecture across transactional systems, data lake and data warehouses, and external trading partners, maintaining the resiliency and availability that keeps order, inventory, product, and customer data flowing reliably to fans and business partners.
- Support the design of enterprise data architecture that makes data trustworthy and reachable for AI applications and conversational experiences, directly enabling better fan-facing commerce and personalization capabilities.
- Ensure integration architecture with external trading partners — including marketplaces, wholesale customers, third-party logistics providers, and carriers — is robust, current, and capable of supporting the fan experience at global scale.
- Partner with Data Governance, Information Security, and Compliance to ensure data and integration architecture meets privacy, regulatory, and contractual obligations, protecting fan and business data responsibly.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

- Define the enterprise data architecture — the canonical models and standards that shape how Fanatics Commerce represents its business in data — and set the direction for how new and acquired systems join that landscape.
- Drive the design of a semantic or metrics layer serving analytics and operational consumers, and assess enterprise data readiness to ground AI and agentic applications across commerce and supply chain.
- Shape the evolution of data lake and warehouse environments at enterprise scale, including how established platforms such as Snowflake, StarRocks, and Iceberg coexist and transition, bringing architectural judgment to platform selection and build-versus-buy decisions.
- Apply command of enterprise integration patterns — including event-driven architecture, API design and governance, and messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka — to advance the integration maturity of Fanatics Commerce's technology landscape.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

- Establish data and integration architecture standards and reference patterns that enable engineering teams across Fanatics Commerce to build consistently and well, and maintain the durable record of architectural direction through models, diagrams, and decision records.
- Architect for production reality — designing for failure, recovery, and reconciliation from the outset across integrations spanning order management, inventory, warehouse management, manufacturing, ERP, and commerce platforms.
- Ensure data and integration architecture accounts for privacy and regulatory exposure, including obligations around data classification, residency, and retention, across a complex multi-system environment with significant compliance obligations.
- Lead the technical and economic case for major platform investments, including the ongoing cost of what Fanatics Commerce operates, holding the organization accountable to architecture that is both strategically sound and financially disciplined.

AI & DIGITAL CAPABILITY

We are building a future-ready organization. This role is expected to:

- Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes
- Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance
- Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

- 15+ years in enterprise software architecture, the majority spent in data and integration architecture at enterprise scale, with depth built across multiple technology generations and strong grounding in application and distributed systems architecture, including service decomposition, domain boundaries, and the tradeoffs that shape how large systems are built.
- Extensive experience in data modeling and data management across complex, multi-system environments — including master and reference data, data quality, and lineage — and demonstrated experience architecting data lake and warehouse environments at enterprise scale across modern platforms such as Snowflake, StarRocks, and Iceberg.
- Deep expertise integrating transactional systems — including order management, inventory, warehouse management, manufacturing, ERP, and commerce platforms, including systems inherited through acquisition — and experience integrating with external trading partners across EDI and modern API-based onboarding.
- Command of enterprise integration patterns including event-driven architecture, API design and governance, and messaging and streaming platforms such as Kafka, with a well-formed view of where each fits in a large-scale commerce and supply chain environment.
- Experience designing a semantic or metrics layer serving analytics and operational consumers, and the judgment to assess whether enterprise data is ready to ground AI applications and conversational experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to set technical direction across an organization without direct authority, with a track record of mentoring senior architects and raising architectural practice standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting architecture to executives, engineering audiences, and public forums, and documentation and decision records that outlive individual involvement.
- Strong cloud architecture skills at enterprise scale, and architectural experience in environments with significant privacy and regulatory exposure, including data classification, residency, and retention obligations.
- Retail, ecommerce, or consumer goods experience preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

About Groq

Inference is the engine that powers AI, and Groq was built from the silicon up to deliver the world's fastest inference at scale. We pioneered the LPU—the first processor designed specifically for AI inference—and are transforming that innovation into a global cloud platform powering production AI workloads.

With the capital, infrastructure, and team to execute, we're uniquely positioned to define the next era of AI infrastructure. The opportunity is massive, and it's still wide open. Now let's go build it!

Mission:

Groq is building high-performance AI infrastructure designed to make inference fast, predictable, and scalable. Our Network Engineering & Datacenter teams design and operate the systems that provide the compute, storage, and networking capabilities behind Groq's rapidly growing AI infrastructure.

We are looking for a Storage Engineer, Deployment & Support to deploy, validate, and operate the storage infrastructure behind Groq's global AI infrastructure. As a Storage Engineer, Deployment & Support, you will take approved storage designs from implementation planning through production deployment and operational handoff. You will own storage system bring-up, configuration, validation, performance acceptance, troubleshooting, expansion, upgrades, and ongoing operational health across large-scale AI/HPC environments.

This role owns the underlying storage infrastructure lifecycle and partners closely with Platform Engineering to ensure storage capabilities are reliable, production-ready, and consumable. The role requires strong storage and networking fundamentals, structured troubleshooting, performance analysis, and the ability to drive deployments and operational work across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:

- Deploy and validate storage infrastructure across new and existing Groq datacenters, including high-performance storage systems supporting AI/HPC workloads.
- Configure and bring up storage systems against approved designs and implementation standards, including cluster initialization, storage nodes, interfaces, protocols, and supporting infrastructure.
- Drive storage deployment execution end-to-end, directing and coordinating on-site datacenter technicians and vendors through physical rack/stack, cabling, and installation while owning configuration, validation, troubleshooting, performance acceptance, and production handoff.
- Develop and maintain implementation procedures, validation plans, deployment checklists, system inventories, as-built documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Perform storage acceptance and performance validation, including throughput, IOPS, latency, capacity, data distribution, cluster health, and recovery behavior.
- Monitor and maintain storage health, capacity, availability, and performance, identifying and resolving issues before they impact production workloads.
- Troubleshoot storage and hardware failures across storage nodes, drives, network paths, protocols, and supporting infrastructure, and perform root cause analysis for deployment and production issues.
- Execute and coordinate storage expansions, upgrades, hardware refreshes, and other lifecycle activities while minimizing production impact.
- Manage hardware readiness for deployments and expansions, including rack/stack coordination, inventory and asset record updates, RMA coordination, spares, and vendor shipments.
- Coordinate deployment audits and execute established QA/QC processes to ensure storage infrastructure meets Groq standards.
- Partner closely with storage design, network, compute and platform teams to identify and resolve blockers throughout deployment and operations.
- Provide operational support during and after deployments, including maintenance activities, incidents, remediation, break-fix events, and vendor escalation when required.
- Develop tools and scripts that improve storage deployment, configuration, validation, testing, health checks, and repeatable operational workflows.
- Capture lessons-learned from deployments and incidents and contribute to global implementation standards and deployment playbooks.

Ideal candidates have/are:

- 4+ years of experience in storage engineering, systems engineering, network engineering, datacenter operations, or related infrastructure roles, with hands-on experience deploying, operating, or troubleshooting storage systems.
- Strong hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting large-scale distributed or high-performance storage environments.

- Ability to troubleshoot systematically across storage, Linux, network, and hardware layers and drive issues through root cause and resolution.
- Experience developing deployment or operational tooling using Python, Bash, Ansible, APIs, or similar technologies.
- Strong ownership, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deployments and operational priorities under demanding timelines.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where deployment plans and requirements can evolve quickly.
- Ability to travel to global datacenter locations for deployments, maintenance activities, and other site-specific needs.

Storage Engineer, Deployment & Support

Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide, using cutting-edge technology. The flagship product—an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines called the Heartflow FFRCT Analysis—provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow is the first AI-driven non-invasive integrated heart care solution across the CCTA pathway that helps clinicians identify stenoses in the coronary arteries (RoadMap™Analysis), assess coronary blood flow (FFRCT Analysis), and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis (Plaque Analysis). Our pipeline of products is growing and so is our team; join us in helping to revolutionize precision heartcare.

Heartflow is a publicly traded company (HTFL) that has received international recognition for exceptional strides in healthcare innovation, is supported by medical societies around the world, cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan and Canada, and has been used for more than 750,000 patients worldwide.

Heartflow's next strategic growth driver relies on reaching people long before they become a cath-lab patient — through the organizations people already trust with their health: wearables and longevity platforms, concierge and executive health networks, and physician practice groups. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Operations & Customer Success Officer, the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships will build Heartflow's top-of-funnel partnership ecosystem, provide strategic guidance and oversight for the Specialty Sales management team, and shape the go-to-market strategy that establishes Heartflow as the dominant, most trusted name in preventive, imaging-based cardiology — including in cash-pay and non-covered segments where consumers are increasingly willing to invest directly in early detection.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Strategic Partnerships

- Own the strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and lifecycle management of strategic partnerships with consumer health, wearables, and longevity organizations (e.g., Oura, Whoop) as well as concierge medicine and physician practice networks (e.g., MDVIP, PPA) and similar organizations.
- Build the business case, deal structure, and success metrics for each partnership; negotiate and close commercial agreements that create durable, differentiated patient-referral and awareness pipelines into Heartflow.
- Serve as the executive-level relationship owner for top-of-funnel partners, representing Heartflow to partner C-suites and translating partner roadmaps into Heartflow commercial opportunity.
- Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to ensure partnership structures are compliant, scientifically credible, and consistent with Heartflow's clinical evidence and brand.
- Build repeatable partnership playbooks (data-sharing, co-marketing, referral pathways, clinical validation) rather than one-off deals, so the model scales as the partner roster grows.

1. Provide Strategic Guidance & Oversight for Specialty Sales Management

- Serve as the strategic and operational leader for the Specialty Sales management team Heartflow is building — setting vision, territory/segment strategy, and performance expectations.
- Guide the hiring, onboarding, and development of Specialty Sales managers and, in partnership with Sales Operations, define KPIs, incentive design, and reporting cadence for the team.
- Ensure tight alignment between the Specialty Sales motion and the top-of-funnel partnerships this role also owns, so partner-driven demand converts efficiently into physician and patient adoption.
- Act as the escalation point and coach for Specialty Sales leadership on complex accounts, competitive deals, and cross-functional roadblocks.

1. Accelerate Growth in Preventive Cardiology

- Build and execute the strategy to grow Heartflow's footprint in preventive, imaging-led cardiology — including segments where advanced imaging (CCTA, CAC, plaque/FFR-based analysis) is pursued outside of traditional insurance coverage.
- Develop cash-pay and hybrid commercial models (concierge medicine, executive health, longevity clinics, direct-to-consumer) in partnership with Market Access, Finance, and Legal.
- Identify and prioritize the highest-value preventive-cardiology customer segments and channels, and build the commercial motion to win them.
- Partner with Medical Affairs and Health Economics to ensure preventive-care messaging remains clinically rigorous and guideline-consistent even where reimbursement has not yet caught up with demand.

1. Develop GTM Strategy, Tools, and Plans

- Own the development of Heartflow's go-to-market strategy for the preventive cardiology and top-of-funnel partnership motion — including segmentation, channel strategy, and sequencing.
- Build the commercial tools, playbooks, battle cards, and enablement content Specialty Sales and partner-facing teams need to win share of mind and share of market.
- Define and track the KPIs that matter — partner-sourced pipeline, conversion, cash-pay volume, Specialty Sales productivity — and report progress to executive leadership and the Board as needed.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure GTM plans translate cleanly into field execution and partner-facing experience.

1. Competitive Intelligence & Differentiated Positioning

- Maintain a rigorous, current view of the competitive landscape in cardiac imaging, AI-driven diagnostics, and adjacent preventive-health/wearables ecosystems.
- Translate competitive dynamics into a differentiated Heartflow positioning strategy for partners, physicians, and consumers — and pressure-test that positioning regularly against new entrants and incumbent moves.
- Brief executive leadership, Sales, and Marketing on competitive shifts and recommend proactive countermoves.
- Represent Heartflow's point of view at industry conferences, partner forums, and with key opinion leaders to reinforce market and mind-share leadership.

Skills Needed:

- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills are essential.
- Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships with consumer-facing health, wearables, or physician-network organizations, with quantifiable business impact.
- Experience building or leading a sales or sales-management organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management of sales leaders (not only individual contributors).
- Fluency with cash-pay, direct-to-consumer, or hybrid-coverage commercial models in healthcare, and comfort operating where reimbursement is still evolving.
- A strategic, execution-oriented leader who can navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and operate equally well as a dealmaker and a people leader

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

- 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in medical device, digital health, diagnostics, or consumer health/wearables, including direct partnership, sales-leadership, or P&L accountability
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $286,000 - $375,000 (for VP level) and $265,000 to $300,000 (for Sr. Director level), bonus, and equity.

We’re Looking For A: General Manager, Gundry

Location: Hybrid (Woodland Hills, CA)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Gundry MD is Golden Hippo's largest brand: a $350M+ health and wellness business built in partnership with Dr. Steven Gundry, a world-renowned cardiothoracic surgeon and best-selling author. The brand has scaled exclusively through DTC direct-response marketing and we are seeking a GM to lead its transformation into a diversified omnichannel consumer health brand with a focus on creating long-term brand equity and enterprise value.

The ideal candidate is a brand builder who became a business owner: trained in classic brand management, proven in full P&L ownership, experienced in both disciplined consumer companies and founder-led or PE/VC-backed businesses, and fluent enough in DTC to earn the trust of a team that knows it deeply, while bringing the brand-building and omnichannel experience Gundry MD needs to realize its full potential.

This is an incredible opportunity to jump into a dynamic, privately held company and lead its biggest brand to new heights. Primary responsibilities and duties include:

- Full P&L ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for the business, including brand, product, customer, marketing, and commercial strategy.
- Build brand equity: Sharpen positioning, brand architecture, and the product portfolio around deep consumer insight. Establish how brand health (awareness, consideration, trust, loyalty) is measured and managed alongside the P&L.
- Grow beyond DTC in ways that strengthen it: Protect and grow the core DTC and subscription business while building an omnichannel roadmap across Amazon/marketplaces, retail, and other potential sales channels. Sequence each move with the economics and operational rigor to make it accretive to the business as a whole.
- Deepen customer relationships: Own subscriber retention and LTV as core brand levers, and build a consumer insights capability that informs product, messaging, and channel decisions.
- Drive growth across the portfolio: Manage and grow multiple product categories under one brand, applying a portfolio mindset to identify where to invest, where to prioritize, and where the next wave of growth will come from.
- Develop and elevate the team: Strengthen current leaders, identify capability gaps, and recruit the talent needed to scale. Foster a culture rooted in ownership, performance, and urgency.
- Own the numbers: Maintain deep fluency in financial performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, channel mix, and EBITDA. Balance near-term profitability with the investments required to build long-term brand equity.
- Operate at a high level: This is a hands-on high-urgency role for a strong operator; someone who can get into the details when needed while keeping sight of the bigger picture, and who knows how to take an established brand to the next level.
- Exemplify leadership company-wide: As part of the Golden Hippo Executive Team, show up within your business unit, the Exec Team, and company-wide settings as a prepared, rigorous, and empathetic leader, serving as a visible and consistent example of what it means to be an executive leader in the business.

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

Required:

- A track record of growing scaled brands. Ideally starting at $250M+ revenue and scaling to $500m and beyond. Supplements and wellness brands are a plus.
- A strong marketing foundation. Your career started in brand management, marketing/growth, or strategy consulting before you moved into commercial and general management.
- Omnichannel expertise. You've taken DTC brands into new channels and understand both the opportunities and the pitfalls.
- A data-driven high-accountability approach. You know how to hold teams and investment dollars accountable to quantitative measures, even in areas that are typically thought of as “more art than science.”
- Financial fluency. You speak EBITDA, LTV/CAC, product contribution margin, and inventory turns fluently, and you use data to inform every major decision
- A clear leadership philosophy and effective operating system. You set a clear strategy, build and motivate strong teams, hold high standards, and give people accountability, room to deliver, and opportunities for growth. You combine big-company discipline with startup nimbleness and urgency.
- 10+ years in consumer brands, and 5+ years in roles with P&L ownership.
- Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred:

- Big-company discipline + entrepreneurial experience. You built your foundation at a scaled CPG company, and you have also had success in founder-led, startup, or PE/VC-backed businesses.
- Relevant category experience. VMS, nutrition, consumer health, personal care, or other adjacent, regulated categories.
- Portfolio experience. You have run a brand inside a multi-brand company, holding company, or incubator.
- Subscription, retention, and consumer insight depth. You have used customer data and research to improve retention and lifetime value.
- Nice to haves: international expansion experience; experience with healthcare practitioner (HCP) sales channels.
- 14+ years in consumer brands, and 5+ years in roles with P&L ownership.
- MBA preferred.
