Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JobAiro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continuing to use JobAiro after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
Description of the Service
JobAiro is a search engine for publicly available job listings. We pull job postings from employer career pages and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) so you can search, filter, save, and track opportunities in one place.
JobAiro is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, or hiring manager, and we don't process job applications ourselves. When you find a job you're interested in, you'll apply directly through the employer's own website or application system.
User Accounts
You can create a JobAiro account using Google or email authentication. When you do, you're responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Any activity that happens under your account
- Providing accurate information when you sign up
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Once deleted, your saved jobs, searches, and profile data are removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the service.
Acceptable Use
We built JobAiro to be a clean, trustworthy tool for job seekers. To keep it that way, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from JobAiro without our written permission
- Use automated tools to interact with the site in ways not intended for normal use
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of JobAiro
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate someone else
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
We may take action, including suspending access, if we believe these rules are being broken.
Intellectual Property
The JobAiro name, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Job listing content — titles, descriptions, and related details — originates from the employers who posted them, and remains their property or that of the platforms they were sourced from.
You may use JobAiro for your personal job search. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site itself, or its aggregated data, without our permission.
Third-Party Websites
JobAiro links out to employer career pages and third-party ATS platforms so you can apply for jobs. Once you leave JobAiro to apply, you're subject to that employer's or platform's own terms and privacy practices — we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what happens on them.
Job Listings Disclaimer
We work to keep listings accurate and current, but job postings come from employers and can change quickly. This means:
- Employers may edit, close, or remove listings at any time, without notice to us
- A listing being visible on JobAiro doesn't guarantee it's still open or accurate
- We don't verify the accuracy, legitimacy, or completeness of any individual listing
- Applying for a job through a link on JobAiro does not create any employment relationship, agreement, or obligation between you and JobAiro
All hiring decisions — including whether to interview, extend an offer, or decline a candidate — are made solely by the employer. JobAiro has no role in that process.
Limitation of Liability
JobAiro is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobAiro and its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:
- Any inaccuracies, changes, or removals of job listings
- Any outcome of an application you submit to a third party
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
Our total liability for any claim relating to JobAiro is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using JobAiro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if we discontinue JobAiro entirely. Where reasonably possible, we'll try to give notice before doing so.
Changes to the Terms
As JobAiro grows, these Terms may need to change. When they do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify users. Continued use of JobAiro after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
